Your deal ended. Let's fix that.
Plenty of people drift onto the SVR without meaning to. One call is usually enough to see whether you are on the right deal. I'll compare a comprehensive panel against what your own lender is offering.
Initial consultations are completely free of charge. There's no obligation to proceed and our broker fee of £495 will only become payable if we proceed to a full application.

What a broker adds when your deal is ending.
Your existing lender will usually offer you a product transfer, and for some people that is a perfectly good outcome. What I add is the comparison. I look across a comprehensive panel, including some products not offered direct to the public, so you can see how their offer measures up before you accept it.
Product transfer vs full remortgage
A product transfer (staying with your current lender) is faster, usually no solicitor, no valuation. The trade-off is that you only see one lender's rates. A full remortgage moves you to a new lender and opens up the wider panel, which may or may not work out better once fees are counted. I'll compare both honestly.
Releasing equity sensibly
Remortgaging to increase your loan against the property's value is a common, straightforward way to fund home improvements or help a family member onto the ladder. I'll model the cost and make sure it stacks up.
Self-employed? Remortgaging is different
Same income complexity applies. If your accounts have improved since you last applied, this is a genuine opportunity to access better rates. I'll re-run your numbers before any application.
