No. We don't set any cookies. We don't use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and there is no advertising or social media tracking on the site.

What we do save on your device

There is one thing, and it only exists if you use our Mortgage Ready questionnaire.

Questionnaire progressaam-mortgage-ready-v1

What it does: Saves your answers to the Mortgage Ready questionnaire, so if you close the page part way through you can carry on where you left off.
When it is created: Only if you start the questionnaire. Browsing the rest of the site saves nothing on your device.
Where it is kept: In your own browser, on your device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else.
How long it lasts: Until you retake the questionnaire, or clear your browser data.

Spam protection on our forms

When you open our contact form or message box, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is filling it in rather than a spam bot. It looks at technical details such as your IP address and browser, runs from Cloudflare's own website rather than ours, and isn't used for advertising or to follow you around the web. Cloudflare describes these checks as strictly necessary to detect and block bots. The details are in Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum.

How to remove it

Clear your browser's data for this website and the saved answers are deleted. Your browser's help pages explain how, or you can find guides for each browser at aboutcookies.org.

If this changes

If we ever add cookies or tracking, we'll update this page first, and where the law requires it we'll ask for your permission before anything is set.
